Yes, life does come with its challenges and sometimes we feel that no one can understand the depth of frustration one feels and being a burden to them is not what we want. However, we need to understand that being suicidal doesn’t just happen overnight. In most cases, it started someday and something triggered that thought. Everything in life sure as a beginning. The point is understanding that being suicidal is not the end of the world and speaking about it before it becomes uncontrollable.
Speak out loud until someone listens and speak the truth of how you feel without thinking of being judged. It’s better to be judged now then to be pitied or missed by loved ones. No matter how crazy a person is no one wants to have them commit suicide. This epidemic is becoming rampant and needs to be addressed as a topic we can all talk about freely. With love and support, suicide is just a bunch of negative and evil thinking that has clouded the mind and now appears real to that person. It breaks my heart to hear that a girl jumped down from a bridge or ran into a moving train, or a boy was brainwashed into suicide bombing. Together, I believe we can fight this.
Love is the greatest gift (1 Corinthians 13:13), Let’s begin to show love and acceptance to one another.
